His demonstrated expertise extends across various sectors, including real estate, manufacturing, insurance, automotive (asset finance & leasing), and energy. Joseph pioneered the introduction of leasing to the National Treasury for the Government of Kenya, established credit terms for farm equipment acquisition in East Africa, and collaborated with FSD Kenya and the State Law Office to enhance CRB regulations and Movable Property Security Rights.
